Emma is responsible for the great opportunities that have been given to Ellis and Becca back in their days at EPICS UK, providing them with the chance to perform to crowds as big as 32,000 people, filling the St Mary's Stadium.
Emma does her absolute best to ensure all her students receive the best oportunities available to them with her help. Her classes are delivered at the highest standard and enable children to grow in confidence with performing and learning the key qualities of being part of a squad.
From Emma:
"We are a school of professional coaches training in a family atmosphere brining out the best in our pupils".

RCA was founded by Miss Ellis Birchall in 2015 at just age 21!

Ellis has gained a strong dance and cheerleading back ground from her training at EPICS UK Bournemouth. Along with other dance and cheerleading qualifications Ellis is one of only 4 people in the world to gain a Cheerleading Teaching Diploma accredited by the NCFE.

Ellis has performed at many prestigious events including the biggest dance talent show in the world "Got to Dance" where her squad made it through to the televised rounds. She even got the chance to teach Ashley Banjo an eight count of their routine. Another career high was being an original member of the "Cherriettes" AFC Bournemouths resident cheerleading squad.

Ellis manages the Senior, Training and Pro Squads at our RCA Kinson branch. The first RCA branch to open its doors back in 2015.

From Ellis:

"All classes at RCA are a stepping stone to our professional squad. My aim for RCA is to have our prosquad performing at large events throughout the UK. We are performing at Bournemouth's largest sporting even, Bournemouth 7's! Watch this space! I'd also like to say a huge thank you to

who sponsor our Pro Squad''.

Becca Norris has been dancing since the age of 4, where she began 13 years of classes, exams and performances at Spotlight School of Dancing. Training in BTDA Modern, Tap and RAD Ballet. With this dancing background Becca has gained a great understanding of technique, resilience, progression and commitment to the dancing profession. She also attended classes at EPICS UK where she learned the art of cheerleading with Emma Preston, performing in the Bournemouth Cherrietts Squad for Bournemouth FC, Bournemouth Bobcats, Portsmouth FC and Southampton FC.
After reconnecting with Ellis and Emma once RCA had been founded Becca joined the Pro Squad and performed at events such as Bournemouth 7's, All Star Wrestling and Route 66.
With the help of her coaches Emma and Ellis, Becca went on to open her first Branch of RCA in Mudeford April 2017 and by November 2017 had joint ownership of RCA Ringwood in partnership with Emma.
Becca takes pride in making sure, students not only benefit from the dance skills they learn in class, but benefit from the life skills they learn such as gaining confidence, respect towards others and team work.
From Becca:
"RCA has taught me so many things already about how important it is to encourage our pupils to be confident in themselves and to support their squad members. We are all about having fun and building each other up".
